Join the Thurston County REALTORS® Association for our Q1 General Membership Meeting, featuring a State of Housing discussion with staff and elected officials from local jurisdictions.

As communities across Thurston County work to implement recent housing-related legislation, including Missing Middle Housing, this session will provide REALTORS® with insight into how these policies are being applied locally—and what’s ahead.

What you’ll learn:

  • Updates on current and upcoming housing projects
  • How local jurisdictions are responding to new housing laws
  • What policy changes mean for housing supply, development, and the real estate market
  • An opportunity to hear directly from those shaping local housing decisions

The meeting will also include an Affiliate Showcase, offering members the chance to connect with industry partners and learn more about the resources available to support their business.
