Understanding the Statewide Forms is a 3 hour course to teach new and experienced brokers the key elements of the most commonly used forms, how to use them properly, and how to explain them to their clients. The course was developed to focus on the boiler plate language of the forms that brokers may not always take the time to review with clients. That language covers critical timelines within the transaction, provides direction for what type of notices need to be used by either party in certain situations, and contains important financial details that both parties need to know. Many agents can fill out the forms correctly, but are not able to adequately explain precisely what the form does to their clients.
