The presence of lead and mold in a home can derail the home buying process. Participants of this course will learn common characteristics of lead and mold found in home and health issues associated with both. The instructor will assist participants through mold and lead testing. Real Estate Agents who take this course will be better equipped to communicate the implications and importance of mold and lead testing to their clients and will leave the course with strategies to diminish the impact of mold and lead when buying and selling a property.
